After a pause in the development and construction, the project is now back on track with the promise to redefine sub-Saharan Africa’s skyline and enhance Nigeria’s global standing in urban development.
The contract, to be executed in lots, covers a 4.3km plot access road and secondary infrastructure for Grove Residences, Safari Park Residences, and Ridge Villas.
Briefing Journalists on Tuesday at the Centenary City, Abuja, on the renew efforts to resuscitate in full swing the construction work, the Managing Director of the Centenary City Plc, Dr. Odenigwe Ike Micheals Jr., explained that the development would be taken in three phases.
After over a decade of delays, work has officially commenced on the N750 billion primary infrastructure phase of the Abuja Centenary City project, with construction giant Julius Berger Nigeria Plc engaged to deliver the first phase.
